Dear fir. Denton:
This letter and its attachment respond to fir. S. A. Varga's letter of October 9,1981 which we received on October 15, 1981.
fir. Varga's letter contained a request for additional information on the Security Personnel Training and Qualification (T&Q) Plan which we submitted to your office on September 14, 1981 (AEP:NRC:0569).
The attachment to this letter contains our response which is in the same format as the enclosure to Mr. Varga's letter and which contains " Safeguards Information".
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790, we request that the attachment, along with the five controlled copies of the revised T&Q Plan pages enclosed, be with-held from public disclosure, and not placed in the Public Document Room.
This letter and its attachment have been prepared following Corporate proc.edures which incorporate a reasonable set of controls to insure its accuracy and completeness prior to signature by the undersigned.
