Draft: Byron Station Units 1 and 2 Operating License, Ogle County, Illinois (NURFI;-0848) (#8/g75g)
This EIS was received by the Office of Federal Activities on November 25, 1981.
It has been determined the above document meets the requirements for filing at EIS as set forth under Section 1506.9 of the CEQ Regulations.
Accordingly, EPA has scheduled publication of the Notice of Availability in the Federal Register dated Decmber 4,1981 and the public review period is scheduled to terminate on January 18, 1982.
