Based on a telephone conversation between Illincis Power Company and NRC representatives, we wish to make the following changes in the attachment to that letter.
1)
Item 2.9 should be item 2.8; there is no item 2.9.
2)
Under item 3.53 the correction should read:
"The recommendation should read:
All front row control room lamps shall be periodically tested or procedures should be modified to require the operator, once per shift, to review the lamps to replace burned out lamps.
This review will not require documentation."
3)
Under item 5.15 the correction section should read
" Permanent labels will be installed prior to licensing."
