SECY-81-604 - Comission Review of Full Power Contentions in Diablo Canyon The Comission unanimously approved an order denyirig the joint intervenors' request for directed Certification and Response in Opposition to PG&E's Motion for Reconsideration on the grounds that it is an improper request -
for direct and-interlocutory Comission review.
A majority of the Commission (Chairman Palladino and Commissioners Gilinsky, Bradford and Ahearne) agreed to refer the request to the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board for prompt review of the Licensing Board's rulings on the admissibility of joint intervenors' centantions in the full-power proceeding.
Comissioner Roberts would not have directed the Appeal Board to undertake this review.

SECY-81-245A - Interim Amendments to 10 CFR Part 50 Related to Hydrogen Control (Enclosure C only)
The Comission requested a final draft of the proposed Federal Register notice as modified in ED0 memoranda of October 7 and October 14, 1981.
Therefore, this item was rescheduled for affirmation Thursday, November 5, 1981.
Subsequently, a final draft was distributed to the Comission.
