We have completed sur deliberations. 8 The Commissioners are unanimous in.their views 9 that fuel loading should not take place until a specified 10 seismic reverification program is completed to their j 11 satisfaction. The Commissioners are divided on a four to 12 one basis as to. the specific procedural means to attain this 13 result. An order suspending the Diablo Canyon license and h" 14 an accompanying letter from the staff has been approved by 15.he Commission, and will be issued shortly. Mr. Boberts-16 will attach his separa te views regarding the procedural 17 aspects. 18 This is the conclusion we reached this afternoon. 19 I will ask any of the Commissioners if they have any 20 additional comments. 21-(No response.) 22 CHAIRMAN PALLADIN04 I should also announce before 23 adjourning that.the affirmation session which we had planned 3 24 this af ternoon will be-cancelled, and the items we had b .i 25 listed will be addressed at.
