.1he U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the Commission) has issued Amendment No. 41 to Facility Operating License No. NFF-3, issued to The Toledo Edison Company and The Cleveland Electric Illuminating Comnany (the licensees), which revised Technical Specifications for operation of the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit No.1 (the facility) located
- in Ottawa County,10liio. The amendment is effective as of its date of issuance.
This amendment changes the date by which annual personnel radiation dose monitorihg reports must be submitted from March 1 to March 31 of each year. This amendment also updates the name of the office to which monthly operating reports are to be forwarded and corrects typographical errors.
The application for the amendment complies with 'the standards and

requirements of. the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and i
the Commission's rules and regulations. The. Commission has made appropriate-findings as required by the Act and the Commission's rules and regulations i
in 10 CFR Chapter I, which are set forth in the license amendment. Prior public notice of 'this amendment was not required since the amendment does not involve a significant hazards consideration.
