believe it to be as poorly constructed as O!! Unit 2 - k. tnh sinceithasbeenstandingidleformorethan2iyears it cannot be any safer.
Between Babcock and Wilcox and the inept people who cperate S!I, I think both units shc10.d be shut down forever.
