This is in response to your letter dated July 30, 1981 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, six categories -
of documents regarding companies which NRC licenses, companies which have been. investigated, companies which have had their licenses revoked l
and the investigation of Douglas Crofut.
You informed Ms. Carol Ann Reed of my staff on August 17, 1981 that the Inspection and Enforcement Regional Office had responded directly to l
you regarding the informaton concerning Douglas Crofut.
Enclosed please find the documents listed on Appendix A.
Also indicated on the Appendix are the category numbers to which the documents pertain.
According to our records, no company in Oklahoma has had its license revoked.
This completes action on your request.
