This is a request for either a clarification or an extension
'l W the requirement for the submission of an Emergency Plan as per the requirements of 10 CFR 50.34(r).
As of this date, we have recieved no specitic guidance as to any changes that might be required of our present Emergency Plan.
It could be significant to state that we received a renewal to our LOPRA license, Docket No. 50-356, on April 2,1981.
Part of the material that was submitted for this renewal was a copy of our present Emergen:y Plan. The plan was also reviewed and felt to be adequate as per present regulatory guide-lines by Region III, Office of Inspection and Enforcement, Chicago, Illinois.
We do feel that our present plan is adequate to conduct our activities without endangering the health and safety of the public.
