Dear Members of the Board:
The most recent filing of Citizens Concerned About Nuclear Power wa s a four (4) page letter to the Board and a fifty-one (51) page motion to file additional contentions.
These documents were prepared under very adverse time conditions.
For CCANP's status report due November 23 to be properly considered, the motion also had to be filed.
As a result of these conditinns, various errors appeared in the documents filed. Attached hereto is a listing of correc-tions which should be made to the documents you received from us. We apologize for any difficulties the errors or the making of corrections create.
Included with this correction list is an additional motion. For ease of preparation, CCANP placed the footnotes at the end of the motion preceding the a tta chments. Given the time constraints, we trust you will find this approach acceptable.
