LETTER FROM EGADENSAM (NRC) TO JWC00K (CPCO) DATED OCTOBER 27, 1981 Consumers Power Company is proceeding with an evaluation of the pertinent regulatory requirements of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations as identified in the Request for Additional Information 400.8 contained ir. the above-referenced letter.

The results of the evaluation will be forwarded for NRC staff review by January 15, 1982. For the purpose of this response, the pertinent parts of Title 10 to the Code of Federal Regulations are 20, 50 and 100.
