Peter A. Bradford-I would be interested in a brief summary of the staff practice regarding continued operation in instances in which an operating power plant has indications of sabotage in vital areas.

I realize that hard and fast rules may be difficult to formulate and apply in these situa-tions, but I would like to know what the governing principles are.
