In accordance with your application dated August 24, 1981, and pursuant to Title 10 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No. SNM-1067 is hereby amended to authorize a reduction in the spacing between fuel assemblies in your storage facility.
Accordingly, S!fi-1067 is bereby amended subject to the following condition:
Condition 31. The minimum center-to-center spacing between assemblies within a row in the fuel asserrbly storage room shall be 10.0 inches.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
Condition 31 was discussed and agreed to by your Mr. G. J. Bakevich and Mr. Norman Kettlach of my staff on October 27, 1981.
