Enclosed is one (1) controlled original and ten (10) information copies of Operating Manual Change Notice 81-267 to be included in your controlled copy of the Beaver Valley Fower Station, Unit No. 1 E-argency Preparedness Plan, Implementing Procedures. One (1) Record Transmittal Sheet for controlled copies ci the Emergency Preparedness Plan has been included, and we request that you sign and date the sheet on the recipient line and return it to:

The enclosed changes reflect new organization personnel and their respective telephone numbers. We have determined that these telephone numbers are pro-prietary information and in accordance with Generic Letter No. 81-27, we request that the telephone numbers in brackets and all of attachment 3 of EPP/IP 1.1 be deleted from being placed in the Nuclear Regulatory Commissions' Public Document Roca in Washington, DC and in the Local Public Document Roem.
