This refers to your application dated July 22, 1981, requesting additional contents (grouted waste material) in the Model No. GE-1600 packaging.
In connection with our review, demonstrate that the package meets the containment requirements following hypothetical accident tests. Regulatory Guide 7.4 may be used as an aid in satisfying these tegeirements.

The additional information requested by this letter should be submitted in the fom of revised pages.
