HARTSVILLE AND PHIPPS BEND NUCLEAR PLANTS - REPORTABLE DEFICIENCIES -
HIGH PRESSURE CORE SPRAY COMPONENT WIRING DISCREPANCIES (HNP-A-084, HNP-A-085, HNP-A-086, HNP-A-090, AND PBNP-033) - SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSE Please refer to my letter to you dated July 15, 1981 on the subject deficiencies. As discussed with P. A. Taylor on November 5, 1981, TVA could not complete all corrective actions by September 30, 1981. This letter constitutes our supplemental response on these deficiencies.
All hardware corrections were completed by September 30, 1981. Software corrections have been completed by General Electric, and the applicable drawings have been received by TVA. These drawings are currently being reviewed by the affected TVA organizations. Corrective actions, as stated in our final reports are, however, incomplete at this time in that the aforementioned drawings have not been forwarded to the respective sites. We anticipate completion of all stated corrective actions on or before February 5, 1982.
