procedures to implement License Condition 9.58, it has been determined that the requirement relating to the location of the guard should be clarified. We are therefore amending Materials and Plant Protection Amendinent MPP-1 to your License No. SNM-696 by revising License Condi-tion 9.5B of Appendix A to the amendment as contained in the enclosure to this letter, effective-immediately.
It has been determined that the enclosure to this letter contains infor-1 mation of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Accordingly, it is deemed to be commercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
