iG As per your discussions with Mr. C.M. Schnell, NIC Corp. RSO, on 10/7 & 9/81, enclosed you will find a complete copy of Revision 2, date 5/26/81, and approved
, to our Radiation SLfety Manual. While the majority of the revision is for administrative error correction, a few areas (i.e.Section IX, Part 71 QA Program) have been corrected to clarify deficiencies identified by your dept, for waich we are nnst appreciative.
Additionally, per Mr. Schnell's instructions, you will find that Section IX and the appropriate referenced sections of our Radiation Safety Manual, have been copied and are segregated for your ease of review. We trust you find this satisfactory.
It is our sincere hope that our concientious efforts to compile all radiation safety requirements in one document to aid the m%grapher in the field with a comprehensive single source of information, meets with your approval.
