Enclosed, please find Revision 4 for your copy of Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant's Emergency Resoonse Plan Implementation Procedures (ERPIP). Using the instructions below, incorporate this revision into your binder.
1.
Replace existing Approval and Revision Sheet located in front of binder with newly supplied Approval and Revision Sheet
, (with Rev. 4 entry incorpora ed).
2.
Replace existing List of Effective Pages (17 pages Rev. 4).
3.
Retain present Record of Page Changes.
4 Enter remaining Rev. 4 pages using attached instructions.
5.
Perform a page check against the Rev. 4 List of Effective Pages. Record raage change on Record of Page Changes.
6.
Report any missing or defective pages on receipt form.
7.
Upon completion of the above actions, return the receipt form for our reccrds.
