In accordance with your application dated September 21, 1981, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License lio. S!!M-23 is hereby amended to authorize the storage of waste in drums anywhere in the facility, to exempt you from the criticality monitoring requirements of 10 CFR 70.24(a), and to change Item 7A of the license to read as follows:
235 Condition 7A.
The maximum quantity of contained 0 under this license shall be limited to 700 g 235U of any enrichment.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
