This letter is to file the individuals listed below as interveners, that is, petitioners in opposition to the further construction and completion of the Seabrook
'luclear Power Plant in New Hampshire.
It is our contention that the power plant will place a large population of people at risk to the hazards of possible radiation accidents and injury.
In addition, this plant's completion is planned in spite of the fact that it, like all other nuclear power plants, has a useable lif e expectancy of only 30 to 40 years, and that no practical neans f or decommissioning and decontaninating this or any other reactor has been developed, in preparation for the time when its levels of radioactivity ' ccome too great to o
allow pontinued use.
