HARTSVILLE NUCLEAR PLANT A - REPORTABLE DEFICIENCY - QA DOCUMENTATION FOR DRYWELL FRAMED EMBEDMENTS - HTRD-50-518/81-13,
-520/81-11 The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE, Region II, Inspectors P. A. Taylor and F. Cantrell on May 20 and May 29, 1981, respectively, as NCR's HNPA-142 through 150, 2-HTN, 5-HTN, 6-HTN, and 9-through 12-HTN.
In compliance with paragraph 50.55(e) of 10 CFR Part 50, this letter constitutss the fourth interim report on the subject deficiency. TVA is st.
in the process of evaluating the subject deficiency. A more deta led report of the evaluation will be provided to your office on or before anuary 20, 1982. TVA has also identified this nonconforrance for the Phipps Bend Nuclear Plant. The deficiency was reported t Inspector P. A. Taylor on May 20, 1981 as NCR's 3-PBN, 4-PBN, and 6-PBN.
