WATTS BAR NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - VENDOR WELDS IN TRITIkTED AND FLOOR DRAIN COLLECTOR TANKS - WBRD-50-390/81-60, WBD-50-391/81 THIRD INTERIM REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector P. Taylor on July 7,1981 in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e) as NCR 3380R.
Interim reports were submitted on August 7 and September 30, 1981. We expect to submit our next report by February 3,1982. We consider 10 CFR Part 21 applicable to this deficiency.
TVA has notified Westinghouse of the subject nonconformance, and Westinghouse has initiated a field deficiency report to determine if any repairs to the tanks are necessary.
