This is in regard to the telephone conversation, by Mr. R. E. Oller, with you on July 29, 1981, concerning our need for additional information on two nonconfomances which usulted from the NRC inspection at Tube Turns Houston, Texas facilit;y, January 19-23, 1981.
The specific nonconformances are identified in Enclosure No.1. While we recognize that you had no dilect responsibility for the Houston facility, this request is made of you because we understand that this facility hasnbern closed. Enclosures are provided to assist you in furnishing the requested information.
Please provide this additional information within 25 days from the date of this letter in order that we may complete our review. Your cooperation concerning this matter M appmciated.
