SECOND REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS AND TANGIBLE THINGS BY APPLICANTS OF INTERVENOR Illinois Power Company (" Illinois Power"), Soyland Power Cooperative,Inc., and Western Blinois Power Cooperative,Inc. (collectively
" Applicants"), by their attorneys, and pursuant to Section 2.741 of the Rules of Practice of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, hereby request that the Intervenor, Pra'rie Alliance, et al., produce by December 15, 1981, at a time and place to be agreed upon mutually by Applicants and Intervenor, and permit Applicants to inspect, copy and/or photograph each of the documents and tangible things itemized by said Intervenor in each of its answers to Applicants' Second Set of Interrogatories and each docu-ment and tangible thing that relates in any way to the matters raised in any such Interrogatories, except such things as to which said Intervenor timely asserts a claim of attorney-client privilege, attorney work p'oduct or any other alleged privilege. Intervenor shall identify, as defined in Definition No.1 in Applicants' Seccad Set of Interrogatories, all documents for which a privilege is claimed.
