MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION OF ORDER TOLLING,9CHEDULE FOR APPEAL i
On November 6, 1981 the Rockford League of Women Voters (the " League") filed with the Licensing Boar.d a Petition for Reconsideration of an Order of the Licensing Board dated October 27, 1981, dismissing the League as a party to the proceeding.
On the same date, the League moved the Appeal Board to stay the schedule for perfecting and I
briefing of any appeal the League nay take from the Licensing Board's decision.
On November 10, 1981, the Appeal Board tolled the time within which the League must file exceptions l
pursuant to 10 CFR S2. 762.
On November 13, 1981, prior to I
receipt of the Appeal ~ Board's Order, Commonwealth Edison Company
(" Applicant") filed its opposition to the League's Motion.

"
