NE PRAIRIE ALLIANCE, INC. hereby moves for an extension of the comp}s ion date for initiating the second round fo discovery as established by th Atomic Safety and Licensing Board on June 1,1981.
In support of its mo-tion, Prairie Alliance states as follows:
1.
IP has not provided all the documents regarding contention #6 which are in its possession and which were requested in Prairie Alliance's first round of discovery. IP has not filed for a protective order on these but has claimed that such documents contain proprietary information. This action by IP has violated the NRC discovery rules as set down in 10CFR section2.740 and 2.741.
2.
Documents in the possession of IP regarding cot.tention 9 were not presented on October 23rd to members of Prairie Alliance as requested in a telephone conversation between PA and IP on October 19th.
3.
The Board has not yet ruled on PA's motion to compel answers to PA's first round of interrogatories.
Wherefore, Prairie Alliance prays that the Board grant a reasonable ex-tension to the completion of the filing of the second round of interroga-tories until the above points have been resolved. PA also requests a commensurate extension to the remaining discovery schedule.
