the modification to the completion date for NUPIG-0737 item II.F.2 (Backup Incore Thermocouples) which is discussed in Licensee's October 27 letter does not alter Licensee's separate commitment to provide the back-up display capability for incore thermocouples recommended by the Staff in its human factors review, prior to ex-ceeding five percent power.
