AAMODT RESPONSE TO LICENSEE'S SECOND SET OF DISCOVERY REQUESTS.
1.
The review and analysis of the tests is not complete, and therefore it is premature to attempt to identify examples of cheating.
This will be provided in prefiled written testimony.
2.
The Aamodts believe that the identity of individuals who may have helped in the analysis of the tests is irrel-evant unless they wi]l be witnesses at the hearings.
As to the identity of the witnecscs themselves, it is not clear at this point who will be testifying.
