Dear Members of the Board:
f_>,
As suggested by the Board at the evidentiary hearing on October 30, the Applicant and Staff have conferred with regard to the schedul ng of witnesses for the November 16-20 and December 7-11 evidentiary hearing sessions.
As a result of these discussions, we submit herein the attached Schedule of Witness Presentation.
If issues are tried more quickly in the November 16-20 hearing than are listed on the schedule, we would intend, with the Board's permission, to move into the November hearing session witnesses from the December schedule.
If the Board has any problems with the attached schedule, we would appreciate being notified as soon as possible so that appropriate changes can be made.
Sincerely yours, Raat W c4 Robert H.
