Clarification and Restructure of Ma!?e Yankee Technical Specification Section 3 - Limiting Conditions for Operation
Dear Sir:
Reference (b) summarized a meeting held on ~ September 2,1981 between NRC staff and Maine Yankee. This report noted a commitment by Maine Yankee to submit by November 15, 1981 a proposed change to the tetanical specifications, further improving those areas which could benefit from clarification and restructure.
This proposed change has been written and is now undergoing in-house review.
We expect this in-house review to take about two weeks, therefore, we will submit the proposed change by Noverber 30, 1981.
