This letter constitutes a supplementary response to our letter QA-1486, dated September 14, 1981 for the subject report.
Item E of the subject report identified two-inspection reports, 50-358/80-16 and 50-358/8C-25, regarding review and revision of CG6E and HJK Procedures. Thia item is being addressed as part of CG&E l
activities in response to your Immediate Action Letter dated April 8, i
1981. Revision of HJK QA manual is now t ticipated to be complete by November 30, 1981. Because of delays associated with writing these revisions, our original commitment date cannot be met.
The Pl'ase II review and revision of procedures as a result of the j
Immediate Action Letter is still scheduled to be complete by January l
30, 1982.
We trust the above will serve as an acceptable supplementary response i
