On October 29, 1981, the Cit) i Lake Helen, Florida (City), moved to withdraw from the captioned proceeding. The City states that on July 8,1981, the Florida Power Corporation acquired the assets of its electric system and was granted a franchise to provide electric service.

The NRC Staff does not object to the City's Motion to Withdraw.
