' MEMORANDUM AND ORDER The Pacific Gas and Electric Company, (Applicant), on August 7, 1981, served interrogatories on Governor Brown and Joint Intervenors pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 5 2.740b(a).
Governor Brown and the Joint Intervenors filed their respective responses on August 26, 1981.
On October 16, 1981, Applicant filed a' Motion to Compel Discovery under 10 C.F.R. 9 2.740(f.)i.e. compel answers to interrogatories 10 and 11 and further answers to interrogatories 12 and 13. The motion was also-directed to the Joint Intervenors failure to answer any of the interrogatories under oath or affirmation as required by 10 C.F.R. 5 2.740b(b).
Under 10 C.F.R. H 2.740(f)(1) Applicant had ten (10) days after the date of the Joint Intervenor's and Governor Brown's responses on August 26, 1981 in which to file a Motion to Compel Discovery. Applicant
