Dear Mr. Carter:
I hereby request permission, as a private citizen living within five l
miles of the Indian Point Nuclear Reactors, to make an oral statement I
before the ASLB during the hearings to be held by the NRC.
I am extremely disturbed about the safety of the Indian Point Reactors and the inability of Con Edison to operate them in the public interest.
Therefore i request permission to make an oral statement at a location in the North Rockland area. Any weekday evening would be convenient.
The Haverstraw Town Hall would be a suitable location.
