As indicated by flRC Staff counsel during the conference call on fiovember 9, 1981, the Staff intends to file answers to the anended petitions to intervene filed by Consuners Education and Protective Association, Dr. Lochstet, l'r. & l'rs. Cooper, Friends of the Earth, Del-Aware Unlimited, and the 11atinnal Lawyers Guild.
In confomity with the instrut.tions of the Licensing Board Chaiman during the conference call, the anstrars will be filed on or before !!ovenber 16, 1981. The Staff does rot intend to file any ansvers to the acended petitions of Limerick Ecology Action, Keystone Alliance, and the Environnental Coalition on fluclear Power, but will rest upon its October 8, 1981, "fiRC Staff Response to Petitions to Intervene and Request for !! earing..."
The Staff has not received anended petitions from Clarence Mells,
