NEC letter dated October 13, 1981, Emergency Procedures and Training for Station Blackout Events, requested an implementation schedale for inclu-sion of an emergency procedure and related training for station blackout events at Big Rock Point.
The request is based upon review of our letter dated May 28, 1981.
Consumers Power Compaay will complete revisions to our emergency procedures to include station blackout events by the end of November, 1981. A concerted effort will be made ta complete all training related to these procedural revisions by the end of calendar year 1981.
