Dear Mr. Perry:
A prehearing conference was held in Cincinnati, Onio on October 29 and 30, primarily concerned with energency planning. The Licensing Board gave the intervenors, ZAC and Dr. Fanknauser and Clernont County, Ohio and itentor, Kentucky until flovember 12 to nake their contentions more specific and certain within the purview of those contentions already before the Board. The core specific the contentions are, the more easily we should be able to address them.
I will send you copics of the conten-tions as soon as we receive them.
I also inforned the parties that FEMA would, gratuitously, and within-the contraints of available resources, respond to interrogatories.
I an enclosing a copy of the transcript of October 29 and 30 for your (FEl4A) use.
I shall be back in touch with you about the 12th of liovember.
