Dear Mr. Haynes:
The routine in3pection conducted by Dr. 3. W. Chung (Inspection 50-317/81-
- 14) identified an error in the Unit 1, Cycle 5 Startup Test fleport (Iteference 1).
Table 2 of the Summary Iteport !isted the CEA positions for the temperature and power coef ficient tests as 105" withdrawn instead of the correct position of 102". Our review has identified the same error in the Unit 2, Cycle 4 Startup Test fleport (lleference 2) and an error in the value reported for the ITC measured at zerg power. The value reported in Table 2 of.396 x 10-q Ap/ F should bc.415 x 10' Ap / F. Enclosed are corrected pages of the respective reports.
