The subj ect item report was due to the NRC on October 30, 1981. A satisfactory response has not been received from the vendor, Anchor /
Darling; therefore, Ebasco has not completed the engineering evaluation.
This delay has been caused by Anchor / Darling's transfer of their records from California to Pennsylvania.
A report on this item will be submitted to the NRC on or before Decenber 30, 1981.
