TM1 Nuclear Generating Station Dockets, No. 50-289 and 50-320 Physical Protectior. Program Your letter of September 14, 1981 identified a number of items concerning the Physical Protection Program requiring action. A meeting to discuss these items was held at Room 6110, Maryland National Bank building, Bethesda, Maryland, October 7, 1981 between NRC personnel and GPU representatives.

The first and third items listed in the letter were unresolved and licensee was requested to submit a proposal on each of these two items. An acceptable response to the remaining items was provided and will be addressed in Revision 12 to the Physical Security Plan. The remaining two items were dropped by mutual agreement.

Following is the response to each item listed in Enclosure 1 of letter:
