p Possible Zack Company Documentation Deficiencies.
Interim Report #81-08 NRC Docket Nos.'50-373/374-
Dear Mr. Keppler:
The Commonwealth Edison Company notified Messrs. R. Walker and H. Westcott of your office on September 30, 1981, Report No.
81-08, of-a potential problem with Zack Company HVAC material certifications.
An evaluation report dated October 23, 1981, has been submitted by the Zack Company.
Included in the report are descriptions of the deficiencies found ouring the quality review, corrective action and planned action to prevent recurrence.
Initial indications are that a reportable deficiency does not exist.
Commonwealth Edison Company is still reviewing the following:
Corrective action planned by Zack Company.

Required engineering resolution for material with indeterminate or unacceptable material properties.
Information available indicates that the properties will be able to be obtained or determined to be acceptable.
The final report it expected to be submitted by December 1, 1981.
