Gentlemen:
Pursuant to the Board's " Memorandum and Order Setting Schedule for submission of Contentions and other Preliminary Information," dated October 14, 1981, we have discussed establishing a local depository in Phi]adelphia with the Staff for,the operating license application in the captioned proceeding.
Arrangements have been made with Mr. Clifford Crowers, Govern =ert Publications Department., Free Librar*j of Phila-dalphia, for the establishmenr of a depository at that location.
Accordingly, a ccpy of the application is being sent to the Free Library, 19th and Vine Streets, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
As they develop,a copy of all amendments to the application will be routinely forwarded to Mr. Crowers.
