Copies of the revised enclosure are attached.

In accordance with the Licensing Board's " Order Prohibiting Disclosure of Identity of Informar.t" dated November 2,1981, the Staff would ask that the copy of Enclosure 1 sent on November 2,1981 be destroyed and the copy attached be inserted in place of it.
