Please note'that Rule 30(c) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure provides that a party may, in lieu of exercising its right to participate'in an oral deposition in person, serve written' questions in a sealed envelope on the counsel for the party taking the deposition for trans-mittal.to and propounding by the court reporter.
It will be impractical to make such arrangements unless the envelope is in the hands of the undersigned by Friday, November 13, 1981.
