Please note that Rule 30(c) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure provides that a party may, in lieu of exercising its right to participate in an oral deposition in person, serve written questions in a scaled envelope on the counsel for the party taking the deposition for trans-mittal to and propounding by the court reporter.
