On October 20, l' 81, I spoke:with. Counsel for Commonwealth Edison, Counsel for the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and with John H. Frye-Administrative Judge for the NRC Atomic Safety and Licensing Board. All parties agreed to provide Petitioners with a thirty day extension,- to wit, Novenber 27, 1981, to file its response to the Atcmic Safety and Licensing Board's Order of October 9, 1981. This will romally inform you of Petitioner's intention, pursuant to the consent of the parties, to fih its response on or before Novenber 27, 1981.
