Dear Sir:
The University of Lowell requests a delay in the required submittal date of revised Emergency Plan as required by 10 CFR 50, by November 3, 1981.
At the present time, the University of Lowell does not possess the regulatory guides as the ANS standard to be used for the development of this plan.
It is my understanding that this information is not available at this time.
The University of Lowell proposes to submit its plan in a timely fashion after the appropriate guides are issued.
