Enclosed are fif teen (15) uncontrolled copies of the Byron Site-Specific Annex to the Commonwealth Edison Generating Stations Emergency Plan (GSEP) provided in reference (b).

Controlled copies of this annex will be incorporated into the next major revision of GSEP which is to be submitted to the NRC in early 1982.
