Dear Ms. Ramey-Smith:
Illinois Power Company has evaluated the draft " Preliminary Human Factors Review of the Clinton Control Room" prepared by General Physics Corporation.
We have the following comments and recommendations which by copy of this letter we are providing to General Physics:
1)
Page 9 items 3 and 4 - These findings should be deleted.
This type of switch spring returns to the central position after starting or stopping the pump.
2)
Page 30 item 1 - This item should be deleted.
Detectors are inserted and withdrawn from the core as a group.
When these switches are used, they will be used together, the exact position of any one switch is unimportant.
3)
Page 40 item 29 - The recommendation for this item should be changed so that it is the same as the recommendation for item 16 on page 47.
4)
Page 39 item 25 - The recommendation tot this item should read, " Shape or color code..."
